Regulatory Business Analyst

You will be working with one of our Financial Services clients to help implement Regulatory Projects. You must have strong business analysis skills and it will be highly desirable if you have industry experience working on FRTB, Brexit, MiFID II or IBOR programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing process mapping, impact analysis, system impact and understanding business strategy
  • Delivering operational model process flows and activity diagrams
  • Creating and documenting business cases, ensuring they are managed through the project lifecycle
  • Ensure relevant risk and governance measures are adhered to including escalating and evaluating any issues that arise
  • Being responsible for traceability from project objectives through to delivered change including creation of test plans/scripts
  • Working with senior stakeholders, understanding and gathering the key business and technical requirements then translating them efficiently, driving and managing the agreements


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Regulatory change experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Good knowledge of the trade lifecycle
  • The ability to think about technology functionality in conjunction with business, customer and market needs today and into the future
  • A driven and determined attitude
