 Marketing Analyst – German Speaker

Salary: Competitive.

Terms of Employment: Full Time / Permanent. 35 hours per week.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with external partners as well as internal channel marketers in order to reconcile all open and ageing marketing claims. You will be providing reporting and analysis of claims as well as supporting leadership teams with monthly and quarterly reviews.

Please note, the role will primarily involve working directly with partners in the DACH region, and as such, fluency in German is necessary.

What You will be doing:

  • Manage the administration, pre-validation, POE & Invoice submission, and ongoing compliance of all inbound Marketing PO claims.

  • Manage direct relationships with partners and engaging in regular meetings to guide, train and reconcile on Open POs.

  • End to end back-office support for Channel marketers and external partners in EMEA.

  • Generating reports, dashboards, and presentations to support channel marketers.

  • Assist in monitoring regular POE failure issues and consult with Channel Marketers on incorporating changes to the PO creation, accounting for future POE fails.

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of back-office operations such as order processing and administrative tasks

  • A genuine self-starter with ability to prioritise team and individual workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel); experience using Power BI is preferred.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; strong customer service orientation.
